Job Summary

This is a bank role working weekends, with shifts from 7.00am to 14.30pm. As a Chef, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting high-quality food and hospitality for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Home Manager in creating menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents.
  • Ensure all food preparation meets health and safety regulations.
  • Manage food budgets and stocks, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Oversee kitchen staff, including training, recruiting, and rotas.
Requirements

We are looking for a confident individual with a creative flair, relevant experience in a similar-sized kitchen, and qualifications in food hygiene, preparation, and cookery.
