Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our team at Center Parcs. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of food to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Working Hours:

Working straight shifts, you will be contracted to work 64 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. Shifts will be predominantly lates, with some flexibility to work varied hours, including public holidays and bank holidays.
