We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team at Listers Volkswagen Commercial Coventry.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced technician to work on a wide range of vehicles, including commercial vans and passenger cars.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on all types of vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Use electrical and mechanical diagnostic equipment to identify faults and repair or replace components as necessary.
- Work closely with other technicians and support staff to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or working towards completion).
- Excellent knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts, and air conditioning servicing.
- Familiarity with electronic diagnostic equipment and experience working with EV and Hybrid vehicles an advantage.
- MOT license beneficial but not essential.
- Full UK driving license.
- A competitive salary package, estimated to be in the region of £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
