Job Description

The Apprentice ICT Technical Assistant will assist in the provision of a comprehensive service to support the Service Desk, working closely with internal/external personnel and as part of a team.

Main Duties
  • Support IT issues and requests for over 15,000 members of staff.
  • Manage IT projects and troubleshoot issues remotely or physically.
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including Maths and English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Packages.
  • Good Communication Skills / Ability to Work as part of a team.
Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum
