Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through video calls, emails, and phone calls.
  • Travel Itinerary Curation: Create personalized, ultra-luxury travel itineraries that immerse clients in the destination.
  • Sales and Pipeline Management: Competently close sales and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Operational Situations: Collaborate with the wider team and external partners to resolve any operational issues.
  • Supplier Relationships: Build long-lasting relationships with suppliers in North America.
  • Travel Opportunities: Travel extensively in North America to stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends and products.

Requirements:

  • Passion for North America: Demonstrate a genuine passion for North America and extensive knowledge of top-end travel products.
  • Experience: Possess experience working in tailormade travel, specializing in North America.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home in London.
