Housekeeping Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Director to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our care homes. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a warm and welcoming environment that supports the well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional cleaning and maintenance services
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient service
- Monitor and report on cleaning and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of leading and managing a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have experience of working in a care home or similar environment, with a strong understanding of the importance of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
