As a Relief Support Practitioner, you will be the helping hand that people rely on. Your role involves supporting individuals to manage daily life, including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care. You will work with individuals to understand their needs and preferences, and provide support that respects their choices and wishes.
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for caring individuals who have a genuine passion for making a positive impact in their community. You do not need professional experience to join us, as we provide comprehensive induction training to all new team members. A full driving license is essential for this role.
Casual Relief Contracts:
For those who need more flexibility in their rota, our casual relief contracts are the perfect fit. If you can't commit to working the same number of hours each week, this contract still allows you to make a meaningful impact.
