This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing compliance oversight, fostering a culture of integrity and transparency, and supporting the bank's compliance objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining governance frameworks to ensure compliance with FCA and PRA regulations.
  • Managing and enhancing reporting processes for compliance issues, breaches, and incidents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Preparing and delivering compliance reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies that meet regulatory expectations and internal standards.
  • Leading the preparation of regular governance and compliance updates for senior leadership, board committees, and external regulators as needed.
  • Providing strategic compliance advice on governance and reporting to support business objectives while ensuring regulatory alignment.

The successful candidate will have expertise in compliance, governance, and reporting within the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks, including FCA, PRA, and Basel 3, along with industry best practices in governance and reporting.

We offer a competitive basic salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a range of benefits including discretionary bonus scheme, Aviva Digital GP, Bus And Tram Benefit, Employee Assistance Programme, and Hybrid Working.
