Our ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with our clients and their families. You will work collaboratively to create a safe, healthy, and secure living environment, promoting independence and social development.
Some of our clients live in supported living homes, where they have the capacity to lead independent lives. Your support will focus on enabling them to maintain their autonomy and live their best life. The role may involve elements of personal care.
Working Hours:
- Shift patterns consist of Thursday and Friday night sleeps, with holiday cover as required.

Key Requirements:
- You will be subject to a DBS/PVG check and references.
