Our ideal candidate will be able to support people with varying needs and abilities, including learning disabilities, complex needs, and mental health conditions. You'll work closely with our individuals to promote a safe, healthy, and secure living environment, encouraging independence and social development.
Some of our individuals live in supported living homes and require assistance with daily tasks. Your support will help them maintain their independence and live their best life. The role may involve elements of personal care.
Working Hours:
- Shift patterns consist of Thursday and Friday night sleeps, with holiday cover as required.
