Part-time Healthcare Chaplain Job Opportunity

We are recruiting an experienced Chaplain to join our team in NHS Highland. As a key member of our Spiritual Care Service, you will play a vital role in delivering spiritual care to patients, relatives, and staff across various health and social care settings.

You will have a solid understanding of the spiritual needs of different communities and individuals with no faith, ensuring tailored support and guidance are provided. Excellent communication skills are essential for building trust and delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering spiritual care to patients, relatives, and staff
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans
  • Maintaining accurate records of patient interactions and outcomes

This part-time position offers a competitive salary of £26,000 - £36,000 per year, taking into account your experience and qualifications. You may also be required to work up to 30 minutes extra per week temporarily.
