Heath and Social Care Chaplaincy Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Chaplain to join our team in NHS Highland. As a member of our Spiritual Care Service, you will deliver vital spiritual care to patients, relatives, and staff across various health and social care settings.
Your primary responsibility will be to understand the spiritual needs of different communities and individuals with no faith, providing support and guidance as needed. Strong communication skills are crucial for building trust and delivering quality care.
The role includes:
- Providing spiritual care to patients, relatives, and staff
- Working closely with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
- Maintaining accurate records of patient interactions and outcomes
This part-time position offers a competitive salary of £24,000 - £34,000 per year, depending on experience. You may also be required to work up to 30 minutes extra per week during a temporary period.
