Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Paraplanner to join our team. As a Paraplanner, you will be responsible for providing research and advice to our Partners, including Recommendation and Strategy reports. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality support services and contribute to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide research and advice to Partners, including Recommendation and Strategy reports.
  • Deliver high-quality support services to our team and clients.
  • Work closely with our team to share ideas and best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to Foster Denovo's Service Excellence standards.
  • Keep up-to-date with relevant training and best practices.
  • Commit to passing internal financial industry exams within 3 months of employment.
  • Regularly provide workflow updates to Partners regarding their cases.
Requirements
  • A positive, fair, and friendly service-orientated person with a "can do" attitude.
  • Honesty, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Hard working and responsive to the need to deliver a high-quality support service.
  • Commercially minded and driven.
  • Comfortable working in an environment where outputs are monitored and targets set.
