Counsellor Required for IWF

We are seeking a qualified counsellor to provide support to our analysts and taskforce at IWF's Cambridge office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver regular counselling sessions to around 10-12 individual staff members on a monthly basis;
  • Provide counselling support to non-Hotline staff as needed;
  • Compile an annual report highlighting any key issues and areas for improvement;
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and research to enhance our processes;
  • Collaborate with the Deputy Chief Executive to address any concerns regarding staff members.
