Job Title: Registered Nurse for Nights

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Smartcall Healthcare Ltd. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents in a care home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest level of care and support.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Active NMC PIN and RGN qualification.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
