Job Summary

Antella Travel Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Sales Executive to join our team. As a Travel Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our dynamic sales team and assisting travel agents with their client booking requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to sales managers with day-to-day sales activities and administration tasks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and their clients.
  • Prepare and send out customized quotes and offers to win business.
  • Manage and develop client profiles to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Assist the accounts department with credit control queries and other administrative tasks.
  • Support the operations team during peak season to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in travel tour operations, travel sales, or sales targeted positions is essential.
  • Proven experience in quoting and costing is required.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Planning and organizing skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluent written and verbal English language skills.
