GCE A Level NQT - Economics Examiner

We are seeking experienced teaching professionals to join our team of examiners for GCE A Level Economics. As an examiner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of marking, while adhering to the conditions of recognition and examination procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Mark candidates' responses accurately and consistently to maintain overall standards
  • Submit samples to your Team Leader at designated times
  • Ensure milestones for marking are adhered to
  • Complete all administration as specified

Requirements:

  • Currently completing NQT year or within relevant qualification and subject
  • Hold a degree or equivalent
  • Or have at least one year of full-time teaching experience at undergraduate level in the last three years
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High level of subject knowledge to apply the mark scheme
