About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance and Repair Specialist to join our team at Mears. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across our portfolio of properties.

As a Trade Operative with Variety of Skills, you will need to have extensive experience in multiple trades, including joinery, plumbing, tiling, plastering, decorating, and floor laying. You will also need to hold a Full UK Driving License and have your own power tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out maintenance and repair tasks across a variety of properties
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Hold a trade qualification and have extensive experience in multiple trades
  • Have a Full UK Driving License and own power tools
