About the Role

We are seeking a highly responsible and reliable Food Preparation Assistant to join our team at The Malone Hotel.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within the kitchen department.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all areas used for food preparation are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.

This includes unloading food and equipment deliveries, storing them in designated areas, and maintaining bin areas and recycling practices.

You will also be responsible for washing cutlery, utensils, and cookware to ensure that the kitchen staff has constant access to clean equipment.

In addition, you will be tasked with keeping freezers, fridges, and storage areas clean and organized.

We require someone who is highly organized, able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and possesses a positive and friendly attitude.

A good level of spoken English is essential for this role, and previous experience in a similar position would be preferred.
