  • Lighting: carry out small installations, fault-finding, lamp replacement, and other tasks
  • Perform emergency lighting tests
  • Work with control panels and changing ballast
  • Monitor and maintain BMS systems, including hot and cold monitoring
  • Update log books
  • Undertake plumbing work, including unblocking toilets and maintaining pumps and motors

Requirements:

  • Electrically or mechanically qualified, holding City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 qualifications
  • Hold a valid City & Guilds 18th Edition certification
  • Provide copies of trade certificates
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Be multi-skilled with excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with clients and in a client-facing environment
