About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience, processing transactions, and maintaining a high level of store appearance. You will work closely with our store management team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods
  • Maintain a high level of store appearance, ensuring that the store is clean, tidy, and well-organized
  • Work collaboratively with the store management team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
