About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at JACK & JONES. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Develop and maintain a strong product knowledge, including denim and menswear products
  • Drive sales through effective visual merchandising, product recommendations, and upselling/cross-selling
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store standards
  • Participate in visual merchandising, stock management, and other store-related tasks as required
