Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Instrument Management Specialist to join BAM Nuttall at Devonport Royal Dockyard in Plymouth. This role is part of our team responsible for heavy civil engineering construction on a high-security military naval base.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring survey equipment is received and returned as per procedures, managing surveying teams' equipment, providing support to engineers, verifying instrument functionality, and maintaining records and calibration certificates.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a background in the construction industry, experience working on nuclear licensed sites or similar controlled environments, and UK major projects experience. Academic qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or above in Surveying/Construction/Civil Engineering are preferred. Additionally, experience with survey instruments and software is essential.

What We Offer:
In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, company car/car allowance/travel allowance, 8% matched pension contributions, private healthcare, life assurance, 26 days holiday, 2 wellbeing days, 1 volunteering day, and opportunities for personal and professional development.
