About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently within their own homes and local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Assist with medication administration and meal preparation.
  • Help clients access the local community, including shopping, activities, and trips.
  • Support with day-to-day household duties and other daily routines.
