Main Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, you will be working in a dynamic and diverse social care environment, where every day presents new challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact on the lives of adults with care and support needs.

You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to enable individuals to live independently in their own homes, promoting their dignity, autonomy, and well-being at all times.

Your role will involve delivering care and support plans that focus on regaining independence and developing independent living skills, as well as carrying out manual handling tasks and supporting individuals with eating and drinking.

You will also be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date care records, ensuring that all relevant information is recorded in a timely and professional manner.
