This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced Social Worker to play a key part in supporting vulnerable adults and making a meaningful impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out Hierarchy of Support Reviews to ensure individuals receive the right level of care based on their unique needs.
  • Supervising two Social Care Assessors, offering guidance, support, and ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered across the team.
  • Delivering person-centred, tailored care to adults, promoting independence and dignity while following all safeguarding guidelines.

To be considered for this post, you should have held a post as an Adult's Social Worker. While driving is not essential, it will be beneficial.
