About the Role
This is a long-term temporary position for a period of at least 6 months with a large organisation operating across the Aberdeen area.
Your Responsibilities
As a Property Inspector, you will provide technical expertise to the wider contract management team. Your duties will include inspecting plant such as commercial heating and ventilation systems, updating and maintaining statutory records, allocating work to mechanical contractors, and assisting in managing any maintenance required.
Requirements
To be successfully appointed to this role, you must have experience and qualifications relating to commercial boiler installation and maintenance. Qualifications at SVQ / NVQ Level 3 are essential. You must also hold a current driving licence as you will be travelling regularly as part of this role. A strong awareness of health & safety procedures is also required.
What We Offer
This role will involve working as part of a team, assessing repair requirements in line with regulatory requirements, and maintaining the building at a high functioning level fit for the purposes of the occupants.
