Property Inspector Role
We are seeking a skilled Property Inspector to join our team at Search in Aberdeen. As a Property Inspector, you will play a crucial role in supporting our property managers by conducting property inspections, assessing repairs, and coordinating maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough property inspections to identify necessary repairs and maintenance
- Log jobs on our iPad system for tracking and reporting purposes
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure efficient completion of repairs
- Organize and conduct tenant meetings as required
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords
- Comply with all relevant regulations and standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property inspection is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with a wide range of individuals
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Valid driver's license
