Job Title: Principal Adult Social Care Lawyer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Adult Social Care Lawyer to join our team at Sellick Partnership. As a key member of our legal services team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of lawyers and legal assistants, providing expert advice on adult social care law, and contributing to the development of policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly line manage a team of lawyers and legal assistants
  • Provide expert advice on adult social care law
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
  • Assist the team with complex adult social care cases
  • Deal with case allocation for the team
  • Deal with 1:1s and HR issues relating to the team

Requirements:

For this role, you must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a good understanding of adult social care law. Previous management experience is not essential, but you will need to be able to lead and manage a team effectively.
