Senior Account Growth Manager

Responsibilities:
- Execute a documented plan to manage new accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Identify market opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to meet targets and develop strategic client presence.
- Develop solutions to improve business performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business growth.
Requirements: Proven experience in client-facing roles and account management, strong understanding of market dynamics and revenue management, ability to build and maintain positive working relationships, solution-oriented mindset and resilient management style, excellent communication and negotiation skills, familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
