Job Description: Lawes Insurance Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Senior Account Growth Manager to join our team. As a Senior Account Growth Manager, you will be responsible for managing new accounts, identifying market opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our sales team to execute a documented plan, liaise with clients and internal teams, and develop strategic client presence. Our ideal candidate has proven experience in client-facing roles and account management, a strong understanding of market dynamics and revenue management, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional development and growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute a documented plan to manage new accounts and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify market opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to meet targets and develop strategic client presence.
  • Develop solutions to improve business performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business growth.


Requirements: Proven experience in client-facing roles and account management, strong understanding of market dynamics and revenue management, ability to build and maintain positive working relationships, solution-oriented mindset and resilient management style, excellent communication and negotiation skills, familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
