At Primark, we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to our Corporate Affairs Director. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the Corporate Affairs Director in their day-to-day activities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating complex scheduling, managing the Corporate Affairs Director's calendar, and ensuring information flow by prioritizing tasks effectively. They will also be responsible for managing emails, reading, researching, and proactively handling correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management and Prioritization: Coordinate complex scheduling, manage the Corporate Affairs Director's calendar, and ensure information flow by prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Email and Correspondence Management: Conserve the Corporate Affairs Director's time by managing emails, reading, researching, and proactively handling correspondence.
  • Agenda and Meeting Management: Actively coordinate agendas, action lists, and communication engagement for the Corporate Affairs Director, including arranging regular meetings and one-on-one sessions.
  • Travel Coordination and Liaison: Coordinate travel activities, act as a liaison with stakeholders, and maintain confidentiality while drafting key correspondence and communications.
