Job PurposeThe Associate Customer Development Manager will be responsible for achieving budgeted sales, profit growth, and market share while improving operational and strategic partnerships between Colgate-Palmolive and customers. This role will require strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate a clear understanding of customer strategy, shopper behavior, and how to optimize Colgate-Palmolive's brands and strategic intents within this environment.
- Negotiate and deliver an annual Joint Business Plan (JBP) to achieve mutual sales and margin growth.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen to identify issues and opportunities for resolution and target achievement.
- Build strong external networks to improve customer engagement, gain a broader comprehension of the customer, and identify new business solutions.
