Job Title: Educational Support Assistant

Location: Mowbray School / Ripon

About the Role:

Vision for Education - Teesside is seeking a dedicated and passionate Educational Support Assistant to join our team. As an Educational Support Assistant, you will work closely with students who require additional support due to Autism, Learning difficulties, challenging behavior, and SEMH.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students in a special school setting.
  • Assist teachers in planning and implementing lessons to meet the needs of students with diverse abilities.
  • Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

To be successful as an Educational Support Assistant, you should have:

  • Experience working with vulnerable individuals in a school or care setting.
  • Resilience and ability to meet demands of a special school setting.
  • Understanding of the needs of students with learning difficulties.
  • The right to work in the UK.
