About the Role
As a Marketing Delivery Supervisor at bet365, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our overnight marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate execution of global communication schedules. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining the highest standards of customer communication.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the delivery of content for multi-faceted marketing campaigns, including pre-planned and ad-hoc promotions.
  • Set up, track, and deliver offers, sending promotional messaging to drive customer interest.
  • Maintain global communication schedules, adhering to sending regulations.
  • Check set-ups for user data, content, and offers to ensure CRM requirements are met.
  • Screen content before sending to customers, ensuring it meets campaign briefs.
  • Act as point of contact for campaign queries or problems, finding resolutions or escalating as needed.
  • Seek ways to improve processes, eradicating errors and improving efficiency.
  • Work with management to develop departmental standards in line with regulatory and brand guidelines.

Requirements
  • Proven ability to execute processes with a methodical and consistent approach.
  • Problem-solving skills to determine problem sources and find effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead, motivate, organize, train, and develop individuals in a team environment.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, working to time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple requests and being resilient to change.
  • Experience leading a small team in a time-sensitive environment, meeting stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in marketing-based roles is advantageous.

Working Arrangements
The night shift follows a 7 on/7 off pattern, with a working week from Monday to Sunday followed by a full week of 7 nights off. Typical shifts may start at 19:30 and finish at 07:00.
