**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Deliver Exceptional Customer Service**: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Council's Customer Care Standards and ensure that these standards are consistently met to deliver the Council's vision of putting residents first.
  • **Maximize Recycling Rates**: Engage with residents and users of the borough to ensure the maximum amount of recyclable material is captured and diverted from the waste stream.
  • **Support Recycling and Waste Services**: Assist with the day-to-day activities of the recycling and waste service, including liaising with stakeholders and promoting the Council's recycling services.
  • **Develop Recycling Initiatives**: Help deliver a range of recycling initiatives focused on promoting recycling topics across the borough.

**Requirements:**

  • Educated to 'A' Level or equivalent skills and knowledge.
  • Available to work immediately or at short notice.
  • Right to work in the UK.
