About the Role

We are seeking a talented Training Content Developer to join our client's team in Bristol. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and creating high-quality course and e-learning content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop engaging multimedia content, including video, slides, and presentations, for various audiences and learning preferences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and create content that meets their requirements.
  • Work with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) to create and deploy content.
  • Develop and maintain a range of content, including newsletters, emails, e-learning, trainer notes, and website content.
  • Train the trainer element, creating content that will educate others on various topics.
Requirements
  • Experience in content creation, particularly in e-learning and multimedia content.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, and Articulate - Rise.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Knowledge of LMS and KMS systems.
