Job Title: Deputy General Manager - Football Centre Operations
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team at Flow Sports Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of our leading football centre in Heathrow, West London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management of the football centre: Supervise all staff, including reception, bar, security staff, and referees, to ensure the highest standard of service is provided to all customers and guests.
- Contribute to sales and marketing activities: Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to promote and maximize income opportunities, with a focus on weekend and off-peak periods.
- Recruitment and selection: Assist the General Manager with the recruitment and selection of non-managerial staff.
- Administration and reporting: Ensure sound administration procedures are followed, and company reporting procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Health and Safety: Ensure the company Health and Safety policy is fully implemented, and all key staff are trained in first aid and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Communication and coordination: Attend weekly management meetings, chair occasional meetings with other designations of staff, and coordinate the ordering of stock and services as required.
- Maintenance and facilities: Ensure all facilities, fixtures, and fittings within the centre are maintained to a high standard internally and externally.
