Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team at Flow Sports Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of our leading football centre in Ruislip, London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management and Supervision: Assist the General Manager in the supervision of all staff, including reception, bar, security staff, and referees, to ensure the highest standard of service is provided to all customers and guests.
- Sales and Marketing: Contribute to the development of sales and marketing activities to promote and maximize income opportunities, with a focus on weekend and off-peak periods.
- Recruitment and Selection: Assist the General Manager in the recruitment and selection of non-managerial staff.
- Administration and Reporting: Ensure sound administration procedures are followed, in line with the Company Operations Manual, and that Company reporting procedures are followed at all times.
- Health and Safety: Ensure the Company Health & Safety policy is fully implemented and that all key staff are trained in first-aid and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Communication and Meetings: Attend weekly management meetings to ensure strong communications and chair occasional meetings with other designations of staff.
- Cash and Stock Reconciliation: Ensure all cash and stock reconciliation procedures within the facility are followed, as dictated by Company policy.
- Facilities and Maintenance: Ensure that all facilities, fixtures, and fittings within the Club are maintained to a high standard, internally and externally.
- Stock and Services: Coordinate the ordering of stock/goods and services as required to ensure the club operates smoothly and effectively.
