Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our Estates & Commercial Services Directorate at De Montfort University Leicester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the effective supervision and organization of a team of cleaning staff, providing an efficient cleaning service to our university campus.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas to meet the needs of the university
- Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless service delivery
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in modern cleaning techniques and a good understanding of health and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a part-time schedule of 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday
