Cleaning Supervisor

De Montfort University Leicester is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our Estates & Commercial Services Directorate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the effective supervision and organization of a team of cleaning staff, providing an efficient cleaning service to our university campus.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the needs of our campus.
- Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient cleaning service.
- Provide training and support to cleaning staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Proven experience in cleaning supervision or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a part-time schedule of 15 hours per week.
