About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Everpool. As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our estate agency, providing exceptional service to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring instructions are completed and maintenance repairs are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Conduct property matches and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties.
  • Organize property inspections, act on reports and feedback to landlords, and manage letting check-outs.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, scheduling property viewings and registering applicants.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and in person, achieving personal and branch targets.
  • Negotiate tenancies and represent the company professionally, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a property management role.
  • Driving licence.
  • Multi-lingual preferred but not essential.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings.
  • Ambitious, hard-working, and target-driven individual with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a competitive drive to succeed.
