Property Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Everpool Recruitment. As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring instructions are completed, managing maintenance and repairs in properties, and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct property matches and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants
  • Organise property inspections, act on reports and feedback to landlords
  • Manage letting check outs
  • Identify and capitalise on business opportunities
  • Schedule property viewings and register applicants
  • Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and in person
  • Achieve personal and branch targets
  • Negotiate tenancies and represent the company professionally
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a property management role
  • Driving licence
  • Multi Lingual preferred but not essential
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings
