About the Role

As Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the daily activities of the maintenance team, performing routine inspections, and coordinating preventive maintenance schedules. You will also troubleshoot and repair minor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues, and collaborate with other departments to ensure all maintenance needs are addressed promptly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead the daily activities of the maintenance team
  • Perform routine inspections of hotel facilities to identify and address potential issues
  • Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and building systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair minor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure all maintenance needs are addressed promptly
  • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
  • Ensure all maintenance work is compliant with health and safety regulations
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a maintenance or engineering role, with supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
