Head of Engineering Transformation

As the Head of Engineering Transformation, you'll play a crucial role in driving our engineering excellence and propelling our operations into a future of innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and transform our current engineering and project systems, processes, and practices to achieve best-in-class performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • Lead the development of a maintenance transformation strategy, including the implementation of Condition-Based Maintenance and beyond.
  • Design, develop, and implement engineering systems for project management, maintenance, and supply chain asset management.
  • Drive functional excellence across site and central engineering teams, ensuring best-in-class practices and zero-harm principles.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Excellence training and Continuous Improvement teams to drive cultural change and embed new processes.
Requirements:
  • Relevant manufacturing or engineering degree or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience working within an FMCG manufacturing environment, with a deep understanding of food manufacturing, maintenance processes, and integration of new technologies.
  • Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives and embedding change across multiple sites.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business improvement and optimize processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
