Job Description

**Job Title:** IT Project Manager - Transformation Leader

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Location:** Hybrid (1-2 days/week at office near Leeds)

**About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead on the replacement of multiple business systems and applications as part of a vast business-wide transformation. The successful candidate will run these projects end-to-end and be influential in implementing project management methodologies across the technology change function.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage technology projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and implement project strategies and bring structure to project delivery
  • Guide project teams and stakeholders through the project lifecycle
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management across various levels
  • Work closely with the Director of Transformation to implement a clearly defined methodical approach to projects

**Requirements:

  • End-to-end IT project management experience
  • Proficiency in multiple project management tools and methodologies (PRINCE2, APMP, Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (1-2 days/week at office)
