Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled professional to uphold Health & Safety and Product Quality standards at Recruit Mint. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in minimizing risks associated with QEHS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage external audits, including QEHS assessments, and participate in risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from suppliers.
  • Ensure training plans align with QEHS expectations and industry regulations.
  • Monitor site performance on QEHS issues and produce statistical reports for the management team.
  • Develop working practices that ensure safety and compliance with legislation.
  • Prepare health and safety strategies, develop internal policy, and monitor ongoing compliance.
Requirements:
  • Experience and/or knowledge of Health & Safety Management Systems is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including data processing, is necessary.
  • A NEBOSH Certificate or IOSH qualification is preferred.
About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining QEHS systems, conducting audits, leading risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
