About the Role

CERAP UK is a leading nuclear engineering company, and we are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Engineer to join our team. As an HVAC Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems for our nuclear projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate operational constraints and prepare HPT loop design, HVAC activities.
  • Deal with mechanical issues linked with installation.
  • Develop a comprehensive review of HVAC systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with technical and safety requirements.
  • Monitor progress on technical documentation approval status and prioritize work accordingly.
  • Engage with stakeholders to support delivery of activities and ensure compliance with UK regulations.
  • Ensure that project policies, processes, and contracts are implemented and delivered to the right quality.
  • Coordinate and support the conformity assessment process.
Requirements
  • A degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • A background in preparation and realization of HVAC activities tests.
  • A strong technical interest, particularly in the field of construction or maintenance of industrial installations.
  • A mastery of computer tools, including Excel, CAD/CAD environments, 3D model, and 3D viewer.
Desirable Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in equivalent missions.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work on own autonomy.
  • Ability to translate field operational experience and integrate OPEX.
  • Experience in nuclear would be an advantage.
Language Skills
  • Fluent English required: writing technical documents and daily exchanges in English.
  • French language skills would be an advantage.
