We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Engineer to join our team at Altrad. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review HVAC system designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications
  • Perform engineering calculations and simulations to optimize system performance
  • Oversee or participate in the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring all components are correctly assembled and integrated
  • Conduct commissioning tests to verify system functionality and performance
  • Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems, including preventative and corrective tasks to ensure reliability and efficiency
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
  • Plan and manage HVAC-related projects, from conception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget
  • Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate HVAC systems into the overall plant infrastructure
  • Ensure all HVAC work complies with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and audits to maintain high standards of workmanship

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Qualifications
  • IOSH Managing Safely
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Security Clearance: This role will require Security Clearance.
