Hamilton Woods is seeking a seasoned Financial Reporting Manager to lead the preparation of year-end and interim consolidated financial statements. This role requires a solid technical finance background with an active role within a large business. The ideal candidate will have experience with IFRS, USGAAP, and SOX.

Job Description

The Financial Reporting Manager will play a key role in the preparation of consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of year-end and interim consolidated financial statements under IFRS.
  • Liaison with the Group tax department, Group treasury, and Company Secretariat as required.
  • Review and understand quarterly submissions from regional financial reporting teams.
  • Maintenance of detailed knowledge of IFRS and other relevant regulatory accounting requirements.
  • Ensuring adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley processes and controls.
  • Facilitating external audit of Group reporting submissions and financial statements.

The successful candidate will have ACA or equivalent accounting qualification, Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, and minimum 2+ years of experience in a financial reporting environment. Experience producing consolidated financial statements under IFRS is essential.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000, bonus, pension, and benefits. Based in Coventry, this role offers a hybrid working arrangement.
