Night Shift Senior Care Worker

We are seeking a skilled Senior Night Care Worker to join our team, where you will play a vital role in leading and supporting a team of care professionals.
As a senior member of staff, you will be responsible for overseeing care planning, medication management, and quality assurance processes while providing practical support to our service users. You will also be involved in team supervision, staff development, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment.
You must hold an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and be willing to undertake further qualifications.

Salary: £24,500 - £29,500 per annum.
Based on your skills and qualifications, we estimate your salary to be around £28,000 per annum.
